Been Denied for a repair due to SLD and blocked bypass

I am just wondering if anyone has gone through what I am going through. I have a Staple Line disruption and a blocked bypass which test confirmed. The doctors know that vomitting has been a problem for me, and that eating quality foods, meat, is very tuff for me. Often when I try to eat a quality meal the next day the stomoch is very tender. No matter how small the bited, quite often things just get stuck which is where the real fun begins over the toilet Nonthless, I have been through hell with this thing Two months ago I was admitted for internal bleeding. I could go on. I was recently denied by BCBS for lack of supervised medical treatment. THe surgeon just wants to go in there and fix it. ANybody have any suggestions? I am on appeal now but that could take up to thirty days. Another question, is a blocked bypass and a SLD a medical neccessity? THanks Darren
