Ok... you all know I have sutures in and I get them out this Thursday (thank the gods). But yesterday was a EVENTFULL DAY for me. I went to a freinds daughers graduation party and a bunch of friends were there I havent seen since the day of my surgery or before my surgery, they just had lots of raving about how great I look and more... But I was up and about, and walking, and sitting, moving. And when I cam home the piece of gauze I have over the sutures (cause they are the old fashion ones and they POKE and hurt), I noticed that there was blood and some type of fluid on it.. I changed it and went to sleep, woke up this morning and again, there was some blood and fluid. I changed it again this afternoon and there was more again.... IS THIS NORMAL.... there sometimes you will have this seepage from the incision point of suture holes.. Should I be panicing, and call the dr in the morning or just relax and continue to change the bandage and keep it clean... Paige.... praying I dont need another thing to worry about.... 375/343/175
