LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT?
HI ALL
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ON THIS BOARD.I HAD LAP RNY 8/11/04 AND HAVE LOST 125 POUNDS. I DON'T WANT TO OR NEED TO LOSE ANY MORE WEIGHT.I HAVE DUMPING WITH LOTS OF FOODS,SUCH AS PEANUT BUTTER,CHEESE,MILK,FRUITS,FRIED FOODS.I CAN TOLERATE THE CHEESE AND PEANUT BUTTER AS LONG AS IT IS IN SMALL AMOUNTS. I HAVE TRIED INCREASING THE NUMBER OF MEALS DAILY,BUT MOST DAYS I HAVE AT LEAST 2, SOMETIMES 3 BOWEL MOVEMENTS.I DON'T THINK THE FOOD STAYS IN LONG ENOUGH FOR ME TO ABSORB WHAT I NEED.
