In hospital overnight...

Had to have 2 units of blood. jan31, 2005 I had to be rushed to emergency room because I had a Perferated Ulcer. Had to opened up again and skin grafted to hole in pouch, checked after surgery and was told ulcer was healed. No return calls from my surgeon. Had labs done this week and was found that I was low on blood. Sent to hosp by PCP for 2 Units of Blood. Surgeon, will not take me in now. I am still inder my PCPs care but I feel like I was just dumped when I started having problems, by my Surgeon. Does anyone think I have a case against this guy? And does anyone know of a Lawyer that helps us out after surgery to fight these surgeons who leave us to our PCPs?

First let me say I can't believe your dr dumped you! It is HIS job to see you through every aspect of what is involved in you WLS experience for the rest of your life!! Also, I would like to know what symptoms you had because I have been having stomach pain for 2 days whether I eat or drink or not and it is killing me. I think I may have an ulcer and I am scared.
