Dr Rutledge from NC - Need Help

I am writing for my friend JoBeth Lewis. Her words:: "Anyone who had gastric bpyass by Dr Robert Rutledge and had/has complications, please contact me at [email protected] I had the surgery in 1999 and have lots of complications and am very sick and need help. Dr Rutledge will not see me. He has been fired from several places. Has anyone sued him? Please help with any information or links you can provide. Thanks JoBeth" Dana
