old stomach filling

has anyne had any problems with the old stomach and duodenum filling retrograde? I had a UGI and the results show pouch empties very easily with no evidence of gastric outlet obstruction, but there is some filling in a retrograde manner of the old stomach and duedenum. This appears to be retrograde and not antegrate. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Beverly
