question

I have no gallbladder i am 16 months post op and i am on my cycle and have had no problems going to the restroom but i have bad pain a little bit under my right brest more less the middle between the waste and the right breat.. What are signs of twisted bowls? Also if they where twisted would i still be able to go to the restroom?
