Pain question after 7 weeks..can you help

I had open RNY, gallbladder removal and a rupture repaired on 8/12. I have been doing fine, with no complications until now. The last two days, I have been having severe pain horizontally with my waist line. It is about a fist size on both sides of my belly button, and feels very deep. It hurts to sit or bend. If i press real hard on both sides it relieves the pain. I have been taking my pain mediacation all day today, and it is still bad. Has anyone had this before? I had a good bowl movement on Friday, so I do not think it is that. Also, I don't think it is gas...I am trying to see if I can wait to call the Doctor tomorrow, but am a little worried. Can anyone offer any ideas??Please
