I was sitting here playing online scrabble and was eating pistacio nuts. I swallowed a whole one with the shell. I tried to throw it up but nothing, I tried drinking a lot of water and nothing, only water came back up!
What should I do, I am such a dumb butt for trying to get a hard one open.
