Tired of Being Sick to My Stomach
I was doing really well for the first 2 weeks after my surgery, then in the middle of my third week and now going into my fourth week, I am constantly sick to my stomach and I feel nauseated(sp) all of the time. I do not know what to do. I cannot keep anything down including water. I need to get over this as I need to get back to work.
Hi,
I had that feeling thrt you have. My typing is hard to read because I havent tpe iin a while. I went to the emergey room and then they did a cat scan and said I have a clogging with the surgery and not much was draining.I went thhroguoh hell...I was then transported to a different hopsial by ambulance. I was in the ICU for 1 day and then moved me into anorhter regular rooom, but I had to run lots of testing. A team of Radioligist will look inside you and see waht the problem is and they will work on it. My date was aPril 14th they released me 2 days ago, I will be going again to get another x ray to see what my bowels are doing on Thursday. I have not slept well. I keep talking and thinking Im still in the hospital. Don't wait!!!! You don't want to poison yourself with your own biles. My God Speed be with you.
I had the same type of complications including diarrhea and vomiting. I couldn't eat or drink anything, including water. I called my doctor and they did a stool culture and it was found that I had a bacterial infection. He placed me on VANCOCIN HCL 250MG every 6 hours for 10 days. It is very expensive, but I am in the 8th day and I feel wonderful. You may wish to check this solution out. May God bless. Donna
