I'm far enough out that this shouldn't be gas. Could it be a leak forming? No other symptoms at this point but I'm freaking out I plan to call my surgeon office tomorrow but was hoping to get some input here.

I had left shoulder/chest pain... or pulling feeling for a long time after my original surgery.  Ask your doctor if he tightened or fixed your esophigial sphincter or hiatal hernia.  Where they 'tack' it can sometimes pinch a nerve that goes across the left side of the chest and up to the shoulder.  My surgeon 'untacked' mine during a subsequent surgery and I felt 100% better.  However, my reflux did return. :(  Best wishes to you on your continued success!!

Thank you for responding! I felt a little better the next day and my surgeon was out of office so I decided to wait on calling. Each day it has gotten better and it only hurts now if I move a certain way. Not sure what it was but glad it's better instead of worse!
