My weight loss has stopped! please help!

Hi guys, I had my VSG in Jan 2010 and ive lost approx  5 stone, im still at 12 stone 7 (varies between 12 stone 2 and 12 stone 10) But my weight just won't shift and i'm getting quite worried as i'm really not where i want to be. I just wonder if anyone had any suggestions for me or experiences they could share at all? I am very worried and the moe I think about it the more i am getting upset. Please help!

I also started to plateau severely last November, then December I lost 10 lbs, and then between Christmas and the beginning of March I plateaued again big time. I even regained 6 lbs slowly over those three months. HORROR! I think it's because I discovered I have a hernia from my incision and was afraid of excercise, also because of the worrying I ate too many carbs. I've since gotten the go-ahead to excercise and put myself back on track for correct food choices, and the weight loss has begun again.
