DS surgery

I am considering ds surgery this next month it will be a revision from lap band. I am wondering if anyone here has had problems after the surgery with keeping your levels up and losing too much weight. Would love to  hear some feed back I go on the ds site and everyone seems to  think it is wonderful. I need some reality checks.
