I think I have an incisional hernia. 15 months post op. Open procedure. Has anyone else experienced this ? What is involved in the surgery to repair ? How long hospital ? Recovery ? Will he have to open me back up or laproscopic ? Any info would help.
I had 4 incisional hernias, had them repaired i had to stay overnight due to some minor complications. recover time was about 3 weeks they cut me in the same place they did my surgery, long scar tooook longer to heal. hope this helps some......
