anyone experience hip pain after surgery?

I had a RNY to DS revision done and now I have severe hip pain. It started right after surgery and was in both hips, now my right hip is better but my left hip is still bad and seriosuly affecting my life.  I have brought it up with 4 doctors who have blown me off. One told me I had arthritis?! I am 34 and it started right AFTER surgery...it isn't arthritis!

I have had kinda the same thing. Since my band surgery and losing 150 lbs. my hips and lower back hurt when I stand for long periods of time or walk a lot. This did not happen when I was 280 lbs. because I was a part-time head cashier at Home Depot and had to walk all the time from Garden to Lumber with no problem but last fall I took at job at Ann Taylor Loft and only lasted a week!

I have never quit a job but I could not stand the pain I was having in my hips and back. I have noticed that when I go shopping with family and friends I have to sometimes sit down because I can't stand it.

Looks like after losing 150 lbs. my back and hips would be better not worse!! Don't know what is going on.
