I'm having the same problems.  Started this past weekend.  I can only do liquids and although I am having movements they are about 1/8 of the norm.  I called my surgen Wednesday and told him of the full/stuck feeling, not eliminating as usual, and the cramps/discomfort when I do eat.  I'm a year out with no problems until now.  Lost 120 lbs and will probably lose a lot more over the next few days.  Anyway, I see my surgen tomorrow and although I think I have a blockage it's not so servere that I can't get anything down and I'm not throwing up.  You should seek professional help.  My cousin had RNY a few year ago and ended up in the hospital because she was so busy partying that she did not realize that it had been 4 weeks since she had a movement.  I enjoy my life but I am also in tuned to my body and take everything I put into it and everything that comes out seriously.  So, please call your doctor.  Better to be safe than sorry.  I go to my support group meeting monthly and see my doctor there all the time.  I also just had my one month check-up.  It's like my warrenty just died. :-)  Good luck and I'll let you know what I find out.
