heart skipping beats

I am 12 days post-op RNY and my heart keeps skipping beats.  Does anyone know why this annoying thing keeps happening?

Call your surgeon, it may be nothing, but it could be serious.

I am having heart skipping issues and I am 7 months out-just started about a month ago--what has your doctor told you?  I am wearing a heart monitor right now-just interested in seeing what your gastric bypass surgeon dicussed with you.  Take care and congrats on your new life!!
