I am pre-op but wonder, does having WLS increase your incidence of yeast infections (candida)?

I would guess that it might decrease your risk of yeast infections since yeast likes sugar and you should not have as high of blood sugar spikes. Even if not diagnosed as diabetic, you could be running a bit on the high side with your blood sugars. Diabetics are especially prone to yeast infections for that reason.
