100.6 fever, Ideas???

Had surgery last friday so I'm 6 days out. Have been feeling great and still do. About three times a day my temp will go to about 100.6 but no higher. I can take Tylenol and it comes back to 97.5. I don't have nay pain in my abdomen. I walk about a mile a day. No other symptons. My patient booklet says only to call nurse if temp goes above 101. Not scared just a little worried. Could it be UTI? could it be just trauma after surgery? It would be hard to believe a leak, since i don't have pain and my heart rate is not high. Give me some ideas. Has anyone experience this? I had a low grade fever like that for a few days after surgery.  My usgestion would be to contact your surgeon and see if they are worried about it.  You sure don't want to have an infection trying to start.
