FISTULA?????

I am soooo tired of pain and feeling like I have to . I go from being able to eat enough for two people whom have NOT had surgery to not being able to even drink water. I have horrible tummy pain. I had surgery 2 weeks ago for adhesions (? spleeing), Well today after my upper GI I am told I have a fistula. Well, I had been telling them that food was in my GI bag since they put that awful tube in my old tummy to drain it. They thought I was just imagining it I guess. Well, no imagination my pouch empties right into my old tummy. Just one day with no tubes, pain, or sickness! Is that asking too much? Anyone else had one of these? If so please advise me. I was unable to speak to a Dr today (as usual) they were all busy.  Oh yea, I also found out today that 2 of my liver enzymes are very high. They have always been normal so I wonder if all this other stuff has affected them or if there is yet someting else going wrong. Also found out that since my food and MEDS all go to my old tummy I am not absorbing anything. SO...my vits., pain meds, and antianxiety meds have all been going down the tube literally! Thanks in advance hope I am not too negitive just being honest.

Hang in there, I know it is tough.  I had a leak and some major complications after my surgery so I understand your frustrations.  Unfortuanately patience is the order of the day.  Keep praying for faith and strength to get through this.  God will help you.  He was faithful for me, even though it was tough.  I will pray for you.
