HERNIA!!!

I AM 12 WEEKS POST OP AND DOWN 46 LBS. I HAVE HAD THIS PAIN THAT HAS COME AND GONE FOR ATLEST A FEW WEEKS. I WENT IN TO SEE MY DR WHEN IT WAS COMPLETELY UNBAREABLE. HE SAYS I HAVE A HERNIA!!! I WILL HAVE TO HAVE SURGERY THIS WEEK. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE THAT HAS HAD TO GO THRU THIS? HOW AM I GOING TO FEEL? IS IT GOING TO SLOW DOWN MY WLS????

I had a hernia repair six months ago.  I actually loss weight.  Notice I am three years post op.  You will do just find. Happy Tuesday!

I am scheduled to have a hernia repair next week. I am nervous too this will be my 7th surgery. 4 c sections 1appendectomy and now this. my surgeon said I could wait awhile but it is bugging me so I said just get it taken care of now. Good luck to you.

Thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I am felling much better. I am 2 weeks post op from the Hernia surgery and everything went perfect and I still lost weight!!!!

I go in for hernia surgery and a band repair next week. I'm buggin!
