VOMITING BLOOD

I had surgery not even a month ago but have thrown up 3 times now. all three times it has been i think becasue of what i ate or eating too fast . But when i did throw up there was bright red blood in the vomit. No pain other than a raw sensation deep in my throat. no blood in stools, no temp , and b/p is normal. Have a call into Surgeon but was wondering if any of you have had anything like this? Jan

Just not normal....Get in touc with your doc right away..... This did not happen to me, but bloody vomit is never a good sign.... Kelly

I am 3 months out and I have recently had this problem. I went to the ER and I was admitted right away. Turned out that I have a surgicial anastimosis (ulcer). Found it doing and EGD. CALL NOW!!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!
