You know I'm always ready to pray for anything you need. Sorry to hear Maria is having such problems, it's so hard being a baby Christian and still being assaulted by satan. I'm sure you are a good sounding board for her and help her alot! God bless to both of you and will keep you both in prayer!

Hey Karen,
I started my new job on Monday with training, and I had more training on Wednesday, and a half day of CPR training today.  Monday and Wednesday, I was so exhausted from work, I came home and went to bed early last night.  I barely stayed awake to watch my Phillies game.  BTW, they are heading to Seattle after they get done the game they are playing this afternoon.

I would appreciate prayer for my transition back to work, as well as the training I will be getting next week.  I am a little anxious about that, because it has been about a year and a half since I worked at this hospital, which is psychiatric, and I have never done social work in any of the part time jobs I have had since I earned my Masters in Social Work.

I would also appreciate prayer for me, as well as for my friend, Maria.  I know her from AA.  She is a baby Christian who knows little scripture.  She keeps relapsing on drugs and alcohol, and her husband and daughters despise her because of it.  They have discussed divorce, but can't afford the lawyer.  She seeks spiritual advice from me, and I do my best to allow God to speak through me.  She can't drive because of DUI, and she has a seizure disorder.  She also has Hepatitis C, and other health issues.  She needs prayer to be a loving wife and to stay sober.

Hugs,
Trish

Well busy day drove grand daughter to next county to have the sheriff serve her mother with a restraining order. Now maybe she can get some peace and quiet, I hope! Got a PM from a fellow bandster that they would like to meet me half way across the state which would be great. She runs a support group for bandsters but it's too far for me to get to. So hopefully I'll be able to meet up with her and another bandster from Tenn. who'll be visiting. Hope all works out, it sounds like such fun! God bless! Karen

Oh yeah I have a nebulizer and oxygen for night time, the only thing I don't have is portable oxygen which is what I really need. I seem to breathe just fine when sitting but as soon as I get up moving around I can't breath. Now I know my weight doesn't help but I was breathing better than this when I was over 300 lbs. so I know there has to be more to it. I'm glad to find this out but also hope they find something else so I can get that portable O2 then I could go for a walk or actually do housework. Hubby is doing most of it now and I'm sure he wouldn't mind giving it up! I'd really like to take care of my own house like I used to. So keep praying and hopefully they will come up with a way to get me moving!

Oh Karen,
I had pneumonia when I had my blood clots in October.  I loved the respiratory therapist, because she had me do breathing treatments four times a day while I was in the hospital.  I asked if I could get a nebulizer and the meds for it when I was discharged, and she arranced for me to get them for when I went home.  Now, when I have trouble with my asthma, I use the breathing treatments to give me some relief.  If you don't have a nebulizer, ask your lung doc to help you get one.  Those breathing treatments gave me such a huge relief.

Hugs,
Trish

Quiet day here. Just found out part of my lung problems are that I have strep/pneumonia! No wonder I can't breath! I'm sure there are other problems since my lungs have been bad for 10-12 yrs., but I hope this will at least help me be able to get around better once I get done with the Rx they are calling in. Keep praying that this doc will figure all this out and get me back up and able to get some exercise without running out of air. Have a great day. God bless! Karen

Good grief how can anyone harrass an old lady over her house? Shee****hat's just not right! I have to drive my grand daughter to the next county tommorow to the sheriffs so she can give them a restraining order against her mother because she keeps accusing her and us of abusing the greatgrand daughter, can you imagine?! I can only presume she's back on the meth again that's when she goes nuts like this. Grand daughter is pregnant and sure doesn't need this nonsense going on. Why can't people just keep their nonsense to themselves? Just leave the rest of us alone!! I guess satan is busy this week annoying everyone!!!

Thanks so much! Thankyou for taking in rescues that is a wonderful thing to do. I looked for months at the pound for a dog but they were all big ones and I can't handle bigger ones. I have lots of arthritis, COPD and fibro so that was just more than I could handle. Decided to find a ****er because they are so gentle tempered like the golden we had lost to cancer. Found one locally that was a breeding mommy and the people were awesome, sold her to me for 1/2 price if I promised to spay her. I always spay and neuter anyway so I ended up with the sweetest little girl ever. She's totally spoiled and sleeps with me every night! Give big hugs to Bear, Tucker and Cuddles from my little Beauty.

I love my Shiba Inu.  He looks like a cross between a fox and a wolf.  He is orange, and has a wolf's shaped face, but a curly tail, like the Aikida.  He is almost three years old and suffers from ADHD to the max.

Today is my granddaughter's birthday.  She is four years old today.  She and the family are coming to Pennsylvania on Saturday, and I am excited.

Not sure I discussed the problem with the man harassing my Mom about the house she lives in, but I am driving to Mom's on Friday to get a copy of the will that says she is entitled to live there, and a copy of the probate documents that said the will is legal.  The son of her friend who left her the house to live in as long as she likes is threatening to put it on the market.  My son, Sean, in Pittsburgh has done computer work, and investigative work, for a lawyer who is going to review the documents aqnd call the jerk who is harassing my Mom.  Mom is 84 years old, and has a bad heart.  She does not need this crap.

Hugs,
Trish
