That's a shame about your granddaughter's case. I have her on my prayer list.
I would appreciate prayer. I need two procedures, as soon as possible, and can't get them done close together, because I am on Coumadin and have to allow two weeks between them. So, on July 8, I am having an endoscopy to see if I have an ulcer. I have a lot of pain in my pouch, and have had ulcers in the past. I also need a rhizotomy, which is where they burn the nerves, and relieve the pain in my back. That has to be scheduled for two weeks after the endoscopy because of the stupid Coumadin.

Oh boy days like today try my faith. There was a communication mess up with me and GD today about court so not only did I miss the session, she was denied her restraining order against her mother! The judge didn't even let her present any information so legally her mother can continue to harrass her. I told her to be strong and she can still put her foot down whether or not the judge granted her order. Please pray for her as she is understandably devastated. And what's new with you? God bless! Praise the Lord. I should have read today's prayer post before replying to yesterday's. Sorry I am so lax in posting here lately. I am so crazy busy with the Munchkins in town, and working part time right now.
I will definitely be praying for your court visit tomorrow. Remind me, how old your granddaughter is. When is the baby due? Do you know if it is a boy or a girl? Let me know. You may have posted this info previously, but my brain does not work like it used to.
I would appreciate prayer as I try to schedule a procedure to eliminiate a huge source of my chronic pain, at least temporarily. I will be calling tomorrow to schedule it, or at least get that in the works. Also, I need to make an important phone call that I can't get into the reasons on a public forum but will send you a private message on Facebook instead.

I am so sorry to hear that your daughter blocked you without discussing it with you. Can you call her and try to open up communciation with her? I would be heart broken if one of my kids cut off communication with me. It makes me all the more grateful my kids welcome me into their lives. I am truly blessed.

Well good news daughter hadn't blocked me just a FB glitch so that's all good. Need prayers for tomorrow when I go to court with my grand daughter to get a restraining order against her mother. I know It sounds harsh but her mother is a meth user and has serious mental health issues on top of the drug use. GD is pregnant and just can't deal with the insanity anymore it's causing so much stress. So praying that the court OKs it and that there is enough handicap parking that I can get a spot close to the building for my gimpy old self.

Also aasking for prayer for a situation with my daughter, we've had a rocky relationship but were talking on Facebook and now all of a sudden I'm blocked. Sorry I have been lax in posting on here lately. I have been goofier than normal since going back to work.
My Munchkins are in town. They arrived at my ex's house this afternoon, and I went up to see them this evening. I posted a pic of my granddaughter on Facebook. She is wearing pink Fairy Princess stuff, and is looking especially adorable.
I am up especially late tonight, after being up late last night. The Phillies are playing the Seattle Mariners, in Seattle. So, the games don't start till 10:00 here. Hopefully, tomorrow's game will be at a decent hour, as I have to go to work on Monday morning. Sunday games are normally 1:30 starts, which would be 4:30 my time. I need to check the schedule.
I am praying for your husband's trip. I remember my flight to Florida was all messed up with delays in Philly and then my connection in New York was delayed 6 hours, so that I did not board the plane till 12:30 a.m., arriving in Tampa around 3:30 a.m. What a bummer that was.

Woohoo Friday is here! We're looking at a nice weekend here and hubby's gone so just me n' doggie chillin'. I get to eat my fav foods while he's gone so planning a seafood and shroom fest! He could use some prayers as he is stuck in Denver with a much latter flight than he'd planned on. He may end up missing the whole reason he went there! Poor guy this is his first visit to get together with old Army buddies and now he may miss the whole thing!
My antibiotics seem to really be helping my breathing, praise God, I can actually walk a little ways without huffin' an puffin'. Have a great weekend, God bless! Karen
