Topic: Sick and Tired: Need Prayer
I have been told I need another five IV iron infusions, and am exhausted.  I just got home from a week with my grandchildren, and came home totally wiped out.  I had the bloodwork done on October 31st, but did not learn I need the iron infusions till the 14th of November.  Then, the doctor's office is booked till November 30th.  So, I have to unpack, do laundry, and get my house ready for Christmas decorating.  But, I feel like a huge pile of poo.

The praise is, my jeans got too big, and I had to buy a smaller size last week.  I have been losing weight since September.

I would appreciate prayer.

Hugs,
Trish

Hi Karen,
Sorry I am still AWOL.  I am at my daughter's in Michigan, and rarely get on the computer to do anything.  Have been having a blessed time with the Munchkins.

Keep praying for my son, Sean, please.  His friend's funeral is tomorrow.  It is a small, family service, and Sean is saying a eulogy.  He called me in the middle of the night to get my opinion of scriptures he picked out.  This is the son who told me he is an atheist.  Go figure.

Anyway, God showed himself many times this week.  I am certain He is with me.

Love,
Trish

Man if I'm not sick my puter is! I'd no sooner get logged in and it would thow me off, grrrrr. I'm sure you've all had that feeling! Anyway the repair guy was out today and we should be good again now.
Do you realize that Jesus walks right beside us every day when we are believers? He is always right next to us yet we have to remember to turn and look to Him for direction so we don't get off our path with Him. Sometimes that path is difficult and we may want to just give up on it but God says in Matt.28:20 "I am with you always." Not just during the easy times but the rough ones as well. He is there for us to lean on and rest with so we can finish the path He has set before us. So remember when life is making you weary to turn to your side and ask Jesus for comfort and rest!

God bless!

Grief, we all face it more than once in life. In Lamentations, Jeremiah records his grieving process over the destructuion of Jerusalem. He took the time and even organized the book on how to grieve. Too many people feel they have to keep a stiff upper lip and show no weakness by not going thru all the steps of grief. If we try to cut the process short we short ourselves from a full recovery. Remember to seek God for comfort during these times because He is always there for us. Lam.3:32 Though He causes grief, yet He will show compassion. God may allow things to happen that will cause us grief, yet He will use it to help us grow or learn from it. He is always there to bring us comfort and strength to get thru the situation. So when you feel saddness beyond what you can bear, remember to reach out to the One who is always there!

God bless!

Topic: Please continue to pray
My son just texted me that his friend's parents were consulting with the organ transplant team.  My heart is broken for these parents, as they make these heartbreaking decisions.

My prayer is that this would draw my son back to a right relationship with the Lord.  I also pray that this friend's parents would come to know the Lord.

Hugs,
Trish

 Hi Karen,
I totally hate to wait, especially for a doctor's appointment.  I have a few doctors who are on time, and one that sometimes I have to wait an hour for.  Argh.  That is when I do a lot of crocheting, and just accept that this is the way it is going to be.  The doc I have to wait the most for is the best there is for Ear Nose and Throat.

My son, Sean, made it safely to the hospital where is friend is definitely brain dead.  My prayer is that my son will return to his childhood faith in the Lord because of this.  I also pray he stops drinking.  He had a heroin addiction for years, and stopped shooting dope and began drinking instead.

Hugs,
Trish

Ohhh how I hate to wait, I'm just an impatient type of person and don't like having to wait for anything. It feels like a waste of time to wait for things. However it can serve many purposes, especially it proves our faith. As baby Christians we tend to give up easily because we don't see anything happening. As we grow in our spiritual life we tend to learn more patience which helps us grow more faith. So we need to remember that waiting for God is never a waste of time!

God bless,
Karen
