Thanks hon! I wish I had known I'd have withdrawls from one med to another, they were supposed to be comprable so I didn't expect that at all.At least you understand how miserable it can be. Thanks again!

Hi Karen,
I will certainly pray for you with regard to the pain meds.  Having chronic pain, I have been on a variety of pain meds.

Hugs,
Trish

I could use some prayer too, I changd pain medication and am having a rough time. The pain is OK but I just feel edgy and nervous, kinda like on the verge of a panic attack but doesn't develop into one. Though I had the flu last weekend but I think now it was withdrawls. Just feeling cruddy and need some up lifting. Thanks friends for your support!

 Thanks Mag,
I have had sinus surgery twice before, so I know what I am in for.  I think with the sinus scraping and the doc rebreaking my nose to straighten it, I will definitely need some pain meds.

Thanks,
trish

Trish,
Will be praying for your depression to resolve quickly. Sorry you will need the surgery. It hurts for the first day or 2, but you are correct it is worth it in the end. Keep it iced as much as possible.

So glad you had such a nice visit with the little ones. My daughter and her 2 boys 3yrs and 6 yrs are coming for the whole summer so I may be on here alot!  Should be quite a summer but I'm also hoping it will bring her back to the Lord as she has gone way off base there.
Oh I feel so sorry for your allergies and drug change I'm battleing both too tho my allergies are tolerable most oft he time. Howeverr had the flu or some crud over Mother's Day and the doc changed my pain meds and I think I had some withdrawls too so I'm just now getting close to normal again. I haven't felt that awful in years.
Will pray for relief for your emotions and pray that the surgery will resolve your sinus issues! Bless your heart!

I saw the ENT doc this morning, and I am scheduled for sinus surgery on June 4th.  While he has me on the table, he's going to fix my crooked nose, which I broke on December 30th.  I'll be black and blue from that, but it'll be worth it in the end.

Have a blessed day.

Hugs,
Trish

Well, I got home from Michigan safely.  Miss my Munchkins terribly.  Really wish I lived closer, like in the same town.  The praise is that I got home without any problems, and was able to have breakfast with my younger son on Mothers Day, before I got back on the road.

I need prayer desperately this week. In addition to the sinus infection that never ends, I am struggling with my bipolar depression. Let me explain what is happening.   My primary doc sent me to a kidney specialist because the sodium level in my blood has been low for a while. The kidney doc ran a bunch of tests, and found nothing wrong with my kidneys. She thinks the Cymbalta I was on for depression could have caused the problem. So, I spoke with my psychiatrist and he told me how to go off the med safely. I was off it completely for a few days, when I started experiencing a horrible feeling of agitation and anxiety. So, he put me on a low dose of Celexa. I have only been on it for a week, and he just increased my dose tonight.

So, between the never ending sinus headache and the depressive symptoms, I am a mess. Because of this, I have no motivation to do anything, and no desire to speak to anyone, or be around anyone. I am terrified I will say or do something inappropriate.  I have an appointment with my Ear, Nose Throat doctor about my sinuses this morning.  He's going to examine films of my latest CT scan.  I have been on an antibiotic for a sinus infection since March.  The only thing that has given me relief is prednisone.

Must get ready for my appointment.

Hugs,
Trish

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the prayers today.  The rain cleared halfway through my drive today.  I am in Pittsburgh, and will get to have breakfast with my younger son, Sean, on Mothers Day.

Please continue to pray for my daughter.  The baby was eating every two hours last night.  Each feeding takes at least an hour.  Her father is on his way to help her on Mothers Day.  I pray he is able to do a better job than I did.

Hugs,
Trish

It's a shame society doesn't recognize food as an addiction like alcoholism. I did a 20lb regain just on my sugar addiction. Working my way back with the Lord's help.
