Saturday morning coffee talk

Good Saturday morning everyone. I hope you great and are ready to face the day! What cha got planned? Torey left Wednesday for Orlando Universal Studios with the band, Allison is off to Birmingham Camp Utopia today for a Girl's Jamboree, Momma is working and I am batching it. This will be a LONG day by myself. I'll head off to Dothan this evening for the Support Group Dinner and I can't wait to see everyone! We are trying to stay busy around here to keep our minds occupied. Please continue to pray for us. Next weekend is going to be tough on us. Everyday is, but with it being "Mother's Day". I KNOW GOD IS FAITHFUL! What do you have planned for today? Who's up? What cha drinking? I'm sipping on my Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee from Fresh Market. It's AWESOME! Last little bit I had left over. Good Morning... I'm kind of new here, have not posted much. Randall I wlll be praying for you this Mother's Day. I'm new so I don't know your situation... I lost my mother May 3 2004 - we buried her the day after Mother's Day that year so this week has been kind of tough, but with the Lords peace I do OK. He is such a GREAT God & knowing that gives me such contentment. Our day is planned at Church this morning we will be helping out painting. Howdy Randall, You are posting a little too late in the day for me. I had to be at work this morning at 5:00 a.m. The good part about that is that I'm home for the day! Today is my "Friday" so now I have the next 2 days off. Yahoo! I did enjoy a cup of regular coffee from the only all night Starbucks in town this morning....with cream and splenda of course. As for the rest of the day, I will spend it with the Fam....just as soon as I figure out where they are. Tonight we will go to church. I LOVE Saturday night worship services! It's a little late on Saturday for my response as well. I've been out of town for a week (we went to imee to Mickey and Minnie's area of the State). I've not had access to a computer (our laptop went "blink") so I'm trying to get accustomed to exploring the new OH site. I had my cafe con leche when I got back to Miami today....it seems that my cup of coffee is difficult to find in mainstream USA. It's very similar to latte, I know, but there's still some taste difference. I had to make my own cafe con leche every AM for the past week.....DH and I survived on it! Tomorrow AM I will stop by Ron's Cuban on the way to church for the best cafe con leche in town. It is hard to face a holiday like Mother's Day. My DH and I both lost our mothers in 2000, five months apart. When my kids come in to help me celebrate Mother's Day, we always have our favorite "grandma (and momma) stories" to share...It's diffidult to be sad when you are thinking of the humorous things..... You and your children are in my prayers....it will be hard but God has promised us to provide His grace to see us thru our difficult times. luvitsunnyv
