Good morning my family! I hope you have slept good and are ready to face a great day! It's time to rise and shine. Time to get UP! It's going to be an awesome day today! My challenge to you today is to "STAY FOCUSED"! In ALL you do today, stay focused. In WLS, stay focused, in eating, stay focused, in life, stay focused, in your home situation stay focused, at work stay focused. I know, I know, sometimes it's hard, but I have confidence in YOU and I know you can "STAY FOCUSED"! SO! Who's up?!? What cha drinking this morning? Me?!? I'm having my Hawiian Hazelnut with Wal-Mart's version of Rich's. I LOVE MY COFFEE! As if you didn't know! I LOVE YOU ALL!
