So discouraged...

I am at my wits end. I have been at this months and I have done everything the clinic has asked of me. I am exhausted from jumping through hoops for them. When I think everything is finally in order and my information has been sent to the insurance company, I am contacted by the coordinator telling me they need just one more follow-up letter. This has went on for months. I have paid for all of my classes, just like they wanted and there is no reason why I should be waiting on them. I could understand if I was waiting for approval from insurance, but this is getting ridiculous!! I sent an email to her and yes it was "strongly" worded. Not rude, but voicing my concerns. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. If they are trying to discourage me from the surgery, it is working!! Oh, I need strength and patience!!

Tammy, I definitely understand your frustration. Lots of us faced either similar or different obstacles and "hoops". Yes it gets to you and this is a good place to voice your feelings because most of us can identify with you! Just hang in there and keep pushing them to respond, keep being nicely assertive! Its worth it!
