Surgery in 11 days!!!

Well my fellow believers! My surgery Roux EnY is scheduled for April 25. My IVC Filter placement is this coming Tuesday. So for the next two Tues. I will be at Lexington Medical Center in SC. I have such peace from the Lord and am so looking forward to a healthy me! I already organized my closet by size and even threw away some 3x winter clothes that I know I will never need to wear again! I praise the Lord for His faithfulness to answer my cry for help. My ankle (broken 3 places in 1985) is swollen and hurts so bad. I just know this surgery will help me. Thanks for being here even if only for me to read the posts. In Christ Jesus, Joan M

Hi Joan! THat is awesome! I am so excited for you! This surgery does make quite a difference! I am amazed every day at the changes in my life! You will be too! I need to go shopping....again...for new clothes. Today I fit into a size 14 for the first time in many years. It was awesome! Your ankle is going to be so much better! I can't wait to hear some praise reports! By the way, where is Lexington County? Is it any where near Charleston? I will be moving there in January. Stephanie, I live outside of Columbia in Cayce, SC. About 1hr from Charleston. Yes, I am looking forward to my ankle feeling better. I know the Lord will look after me and if I go home to be with Him that isn't bad. I rest in His plan for my life. Of coursxe I want to stay here for my daughter(13) and my married daughter and grandchildren and husband of course....but I just rest in His hands.
