Good morning my OH Family! I love you all! You are the best bunch of folks that I have ever met! Ain't it good to fellowship with one another? Fellowship does a body good. If it be family, extended family, OH Family, church family, WHATEVER. As long as it is family. I challenge you to make today a "Family" day! Spend time with your family. I love you guys and you ROCK! Good morning Randall, What a great song to be listening to! I can sing part of it but I can't remember all the words. I haven't had my first drink of the day yet. I've just awakened. I will probably have one of my Profect protein drinks. I have a dentist appointment scheduled later in the morning. My daughter and I are going to go and explore a cave later today. That is if we can find it. We will also be going to the local state park to exercise our dog. The sun is shining and the birds are singing we are going to enjoy this beautiful spring day.
