Need some how-to info on where and how to post an online diary

HI. I have read several of your profiles and am impressed with not only their content, but their quality as well! Some of them are just absolutely beautiful! Now, how do I go about starting one for myself? Is there a tutorial? Is there a free area in which to post or a "rentable" website? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated!
