Monday Prayer Chain

Hi all~ Romans 8:26 "Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered." I want to apologize for not posting the past few days. I was going through a slump. Sometimes I have to realize that God's answer to prayer is not always yes. It's hard to understand sometimes. But I can't forget that God knows what best for me, not me. My prayer requests: 1. For a broken friendship to be healed. 2. For DH to win his appeal with unemployment 3. For a closer walk with God. There are a lot of areas I think I need to grow spiritually in. Dawn

Hi Dawn. I haven't been posting the past few days either because of a slump. I saw your Monday post today and wanted to see what you had written. Your first prayer request is the same as mine! How amazing! After 30 years, my dearest friend and I have had a major misunderstanding that has caused a huge chasm between us and our husbands. I don't know if it can be breached, and it is weighing heavily on my mind. I am praying about it, and only God knows the answers. I will lift you up in prayer for your three requests, Dawn.
