Good Morning Everyone!! It is a beautiful day here in Texas!! I plan to go meet my husband for lunch then come home and start cleaning my house for company next week. Questions for today: 1. 1. I love planting flowers and playing in the dirt. Until it gets too hot. Which it does here in the middle of summer. Then I like to be in the pool. 2. I love plain ole Vanilla. However, I can only eat a few bites as it makes me sick now. 3. Suzie, Sue and snoopy joe. 4. I was raised in a Pastor's home and gave my life to the Lord at about 4 or 5. I rededicated my life as a teen. We attend Northwood Assembly of God. I am the Pastor's secretary.

Did you have any nicknames as a child? As an adult? i sure did, but none that i will say on this fine message board, but as an adult my nickname is doughboy 4. When/Where did you find the Lord? 1.Favorite outdoor activity? It is hard to chose since I am beginning to enjoy the outdoors again after my weight loss. It would probably be hiking at our local state parks with my dear family or walking through the local park with my family. 2. Favorite flavor ice cream? Before surgery, anything with chocolate or mint. After surgery, homemade vanilla. 3. Any nicknames as a child? As an adult? As a child, my dad called me Chatty Kathy. As an adult, one friend calls me Flower ( from the character in Bambi) since I have had my WLS. Most of my other friends call me Sunshine. My husband calls "Deary Pooh", "My Sunshine", or "Petunia". I think the Petunia nickname will be dropped since I no longer look like Porky Pig's girlfriend. 4. When/Where did you find the Lord?What church(denomination) to I belong to? I found the Lord at an early age in Germany, rededicated my life at 16. I am a member of the Baptist church--Independent Fundamental and now Southern. Kathy from MO

Good Morning!! #1 Working in my backyard with my hands in the dirt planting flowers, or creating something to beautify the house or yard. I have a yearly Spring tradition when the flowering cherry tree is in full bloom. I take out a good book, a glass of iced tea, and my lawn chaise and read until I get tired, and take a nap under the tree!! It's heavenly, and if I get lucky,the weather holds and I can do it twice!! #2 Probably vanilla, it's so versatile !! #3 Oh, not so good ones such as "fishguts" or fatty fishguts, (my last name was Fisher). Fatty Kathy was another. This was in gradeschool when children are so inventive!! Later, or at home, my Mom called me Katrina. Hubby calls me Kitten, or most often Honeyboo. I am most often called Sweety by friends. #4 I accepted the Lord at the age of eight at our Southern Baptist church in Opportunity ,Washington. I have stayed in the Baptist churches, either in Bible Baptist fellowship, or independant, in our travels around the states while in the Navy. I am now at our local Southern Baptist church here in our little town, and love it. Hope you all have a great day!! Kathy B.

I was six when i was baptized/filled with the Holy Spirit We go to an apostolic Pentecostal church, I am so glad I will be going back to my church in GA, I love it! Have a great weekend!! Candy

1. I love to walk in the woods or along a beach. 2. I love Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia Ice Cream! 3. I was nicknamed "Bonus" because when we played neighborhood sports if you picked a good athlete, you had to take me as a "bonus". I was an obese child and not athletically gifted!! 4. I was raised Roman Catholic and felt God's hand upon me from an early age (6 or 7) but did not feel alive in the Spirit or anointed until I was almost 38 years old. We are presently in an Evangelical Episcopal Church, but our diocese is splitting from the National Church (due to corrupt practices) and we may end up as an independent congregation. Our building and budget are held by a 501(c) (?I hope that's accurate) corporation and are not the property of the Episcopal Church.

Hi all! Its a bit coudy and some light rain showers which we see so seldom that we love it when a day like this comes along! 1. walking/hiking is my favorite thing to do outside. We have a good many animals so I have quite a few outdoor chores and I usually enjoy those too. 2. No contest! Schwans 'summers dream', which is vanilla with swirls of orange sherbert. I have not had that since I had surgery so don't imagine I will be able to eat much of it this summer (they only sell it certain months). 3. Nicknames...my baby sister called me ginka so my friends picked that up and called me that as well. Some of my aunts called my Gina Kay. I still mostly am called Gina. My dad never called me anything but my full name and since he is gone I miss that. (Eugenia) 4. I accepted the Lord at church at age 12. I had always gone to church every time the doors opened but I honestly had no thought of this until age 12. I remember it very clearly. I was raised in A/G church and with all our moving around ( since marriage) I have gone to A/G, Church of God, non denomoninational, and Baptist. We currently attend a Southern Baptist church. I tend to just consider myself a member of the body of Christ.

1. My favorite outdoor activity is gardening....vegetables....flowers...fruit trees..and yes, pulling weeds......anything. My dad "blessed me with his green thumb" and my Heavenly Father gave me a spiritual fulfillment when I'm in nature...I'm doubly inspired. 2. Unfortunately, my favorite ice cream is now on my list but it will forever be: "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough in a Waffle Cone" Mmmm! 3. I didn't have a nickname as a child, but I acquired "boobana" in college. If they could only see me now........... 4. I was six years old when I accepted Jesus as my Savior. My grandfather was an evangelist and he was preaching at a Weslyan Methodist Church on Woodbine Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. I was so shy, I asked my mother if it was okay if I went to the alter when the invitation was given. She took my hand and we prayed together. I will never forget that night. Hi everybody! 1. My favorite activity is anything to do with water. I love to swim and play with my little boys in the pool or sprinkler. 2. I like chocolate chip or extreme moose tracks. 3. As a child and now my brothers call me "sis". My mom called me doodlebug growing up. 4. I asked Jesus to save me when I was 14 years old. I belong to an independent bible believing baptist church.
