I finally have my computer working, the modem working and I even remember my log-in information

so that I can start checking the board in the morning again. I have been reading through some of the old posts. There are a lot of new names welcome to you all and some old names I missed, Lynda Seneff does anyone know what happened to her? I miss reading her cheery posts. Dawn has it really been two months since your surgery? Wow. You are looking wonderful. Whatever happened to Kathy from Idaho or was it Montana? I can't remember. Did she have her surgery? I think your prayer list is a great idea.
My Prayer Requests:
My husband John should be coming home from Iraq by April 1, Lord and the military willing. Please pray for a safe journey as He leaves Iraq on Saturday, 3/18.
I am being placed on a heart monitor for an entire month. I also have to restart my heart medication. I am concerned about taking the heart medication since it lowers my blood pressure and I have already had problems with syncope episodes and my blood pressure being as low as 70/59. I have to take my heart medication at a lower dose spread out over four times a day. I am really anxious about that.
I had a bone scan done two weeks ago. I found out today that it revealed degenerating bone loss in my lower spine, my shoulders, my hips, my knees, and my feet. The worst areas are my lower spine, my left hip, and my left shoulder. I am scheduled to meet with an orthopedic doctor on March 29th. I guess I will find out the treatment plan then.
My Praise:
I now weigh 230 pounds.
It is a grand losss of 130 pounds.

According to my physician at my largest weight last June I weighed 360 pounds. Praise God for this wonderful tool He blessed me with to lose weight. I am smaller than my husband as ever seen me. I can't wait to surprise him.
I am shopping for that special outfit

to wear when he comes home.
Well that is all my news for now. Keep smiling and praising our Lord.
Love,
Kathy (from MO) Crider
