Thursday Prayer Chain

Php 4:6,7 "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." I know that my household must be doing something right because lately the enemy has just been attacking us emotionally. First, he is trying to stress us out with this money that is owed to us. Second, he is trying to break us down by Dh's ex-employer hiring a lawyer to take more money away from us. And third, we pretty much lost our best friends yesterday when some nasty rumors got started and it came back that we said them when we didn't. I was confronted about it yesterday and denied it, then I hunted down the person that caused the problem and they called them and took total blame making mention that we had no parts of it. That was at noon yesterday and they have yet to call and apologize for thinking so little of us to speak poorly of them. What is killing me is that I am allowing this to consume my thoughts when I need to just give it to God and be done with it. Will you all agree with me as I give all these situations to Him? Dawn

Dawn, I am agreeing with you in prayer that your family will prosper financially, emotionally and physically. I am believing that He will continue to supply all of your needs according to His riches in glory by Jesus Christ. (Phil 4:19). I am also believing that he will do exceeding abundantly above all that you can ask or think.... Hi Dawn! I will defiantly agree with you! And believe that you will give this over to the Lord for Him to straighten it out. He is more than capable! I absolutely know what it is like to be owed money and feel so broke and out of control. I also know completely what it is like to be attacked! And you are right you must be doing it right, that the enemy is threatened by you. Well if God is for you who can be against you?? Hang in there girl. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Let your yes be yes and your non be no, that is enough, you need not give any more to anybody! So we are moving Saturday. I am trying to get everything ready and take care of my babies. It is very hard! My body is rebelling! I need lots of prayer to get me through this move!!! We also need money. No easy way to put it. Bills and debt are awful things. But what is money to God? Dawn- I stand next to you and agree whole heartedly. He is our strength and in Him we will be uplifted by His Glory!!! I ask that a prayer again be lifted up for my father. I got a call last night that he had accidentally pulled out his ports for his dialysis. He had to be rushed to the ER to make sure that everything was still ok. He was being taken back this morning to reconnect everything. Please pray that he be strengthened through our Lord so that his physical strength will begin to match his spiritual strength. It has been a long haul so to speak with my father in and out of the hospital and now in and out of the rehab facility that he is in. I will continue to lift everyone's prayers here daily even if I do not post daily. God Bless all.... Jeanna

Dawn, I stand in agreement with you and others here that the financial stresses will be resolved. I pray that the relationship with your friends will be restored if that is what is best for you all or at least that they will speak with you about the problem and how they misjudged the situation. It does sound like the enemy is trying to hurt you on several fronts but I know the Lord is ruler over all and knows what you need and how to meet those needs. I pray the Lord will give you His peace as you face these battles.
