This MB isn't real easy to find and I had no idea there was one so active... Praise God! I am very active on the Texas Message Board, but look foreward to checking this out... I'm so glad we have a group of believers that gather together and support one another through our journeys with WLS. I am 14 mos post op and have lost about 80 lbs. I have not lost any weight for the last 5 mos. In fact I gained about 10 lbs. I managed that by not being compliant with my eating program. I have been grazing and eating bad carbs. I have repented and am back on track but struggling grately with sugar (I do not have dumping syndrome) and carbs. I need your prayers and support. It will be greatly appreciated! Blessings, Carolyn

Welcome Carolyn. This board is kinda like finding a bible. You can use it for teaching, correction, rebuking, and instruction for righteousness. Truly only God's word can do all that but we can help each other.

Welcome Carolyn. You have come to the perfect place for support and spiritual well being. I am two weeks out myself and I find head hunger to be a HUGE issue for me. I have not experienced dumping syndrome either. Though I haven't tested the waters with sugar. It scares me to death. I pray you will get refocused on your dieting. With prayer and God's will you will be successful. Just remember where we started and how it felt when we lost those first lbs. I will keep you in my prayers. God Bless. In His love and mine, Debbie G.

Welcome Carolyn....This is such an encouraging MB. We all can get "lost" from time to time....we help each other "get found" again and in doing so, keep ourselves on the healthy track of this WLS journey. I will pray that you regain the motivation to reach your weight loss goals. luvitsunnyv

Hello Carolyn, I am sort of new my self and yet I feel at home on this board. I would have post sooner but I didn't know how to get on it. When I read the members profile that had one of their interest was christianity, I click on it and read the post and replies. One day I was determined not to sign out before I found it, I clicked on forums, clicked on C-E, strolled up, low and behold, christianity popped up and the rest is history. You have found one of the most spiritual, uplifting, loving, caring, godly, praying board ever, and I just started. Welcome, pooky
