Hello Everybody, Just got home from the hospital about 1 hr ago. My surgery was uneventful. no problems. PTL. Though I am a bit sore and BLOATED, I am doing okay. I did have some feelings if this was worth it or not. Abosolutely hated the drain tube thingy. Oh and the leak test. I kept telling the radiologist I am gonna toss. He didn't listen. I tossed, never saw anyone move so quick. THANK GOD all that is over. I am somewhat tired and nauseated, I pray this goes away quick too. Thanks to all of you for your prayers and well wishes. I wouldn't be able to get through this without Our Saviour and my Christian Brothers and Sisters. Until next time....God Bless. In His love and mine, Debbie

Welcome to the losing side Debbie! Its all down hill from here! Jus****ch out for those down feelings. Its perfectly natural after surgery. Especially this one. There will probably be at least a couple of times where you will say to yourself, "What have I done?" Just remembber that it just keeps getting better with time. After about 6 weeks you will be starting to feel like a normal person and eating very small amounts of normal food. We will be praying for you and don't hesitate to come to us when you are feeling low. We have all been there! Love, Jacinda

Yeah!!! I am so happy for you Debbie! You're going to love it...I promise!! The best part is that anytime you are confused or worried about something you can come right here to OH and find answers from people who have been there. Love, Dawn
