***Saturday Roll Call***
I do my exercise at the local pool.... water exercises non stop for 35-40 min 3 to 4 times a week. I am 10 wks post op land have been doing this about 6 wks. It is easy on the joints and pretty cheap.DO NOT WEAR GOLD JEWELRY THE CHLORINE BREAKS DOWN THE SOLDERING. I lost my diamond out of my 20th anniversary ring; but PRAISE GOD it was found and turned in. The Jeweler where it is being repaired told me about the chemicals!!!
Before I began this I used my husband's recumbant bike for 10 minutes a couple times a week... but I did not like it. Find something you can do that you like, it will be easier to do it evven on days you do not much feel like it.
