Hey everyone!!! Here are my answers for the Questions of the day..... 1)What are your plans for today? Spend time with my God, my saviour, and my family. Clean my house.....My surgery is in 2 days. Feb. 17th 2)Besides your weight, what is there in your life that you want to change? Our financial situation. I pray that my husband's company is a great success and that God uses me as a nurse where I can use my testimony also to help people with healing physically, mentally and spiritually 3)What is your goal weight and how much further do you have to go to get there? My goal weight is 155-160. I have not had my surgery yet. But, I need to lose 135-140 lbs. 4) N/A 5)Do you find it hard to exercise? Yes, I do. I used to exercise alot. Can't make any excuses why I am not exercising now. But, I did start today. If you do exercise, what do you do and how often? I do aerobics. Just started back today. I love to walk. Today's Questions: 1. What are your plans for today? CLEAN!! I didn't get nearly as much done as I would have liked though. 2. Besides your weight, what is there in your life that you want to change? The time and energy I put into my children. I want to take time for them. It seems like I spend time doing 100 other things and I am HOME with them. I also haven't been using very pleasant tones with them. It needs to change. 3. What is your goal weight and how much further do you have to go to get there? My personal goal weight is 150 lbs. I have about 110 lbs to go. 5. Do you find it hard to excercise? If you do excercise, what do you do and how often? YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially because the weather is cold and snowy. I really am ready for Spring. When I work out, I use the treadmill and it's BORING, so I quit too soon. I am actually getting discouraged in the area of excercise. Blessings~ Becky

Howdy Cindy and all! What a glorious day the Lord has given us! Thank you God for another wonderful day! 1. What are your plans for today? My day is almost over now. I went to work, picked up my daughter and we are on our way to gymnastics. After that, its dinner, bath and bed... for all of us! 2. Besides your weight, what is there in your life that you want to change? I really love my life right now. I have a great job and a great family. I hate to even ask for more. 3. What is your goal weight and how much further do you have to go to get there? I never actually set a firm goal in the beginning. I think I will be pretty happy if I get to 140. Anything after that is just a bonus. I'm at 160 now and I feel great. 4. If you are already at your goal weight, how long did it take you and how much did you loose? N/A 5. Do you find it hard to excercise? If you do excercise, what do you do and how often? I find it hard to find time to exercise. Lately I have just been concentrating on lifting some weights and doing lunges and squats to build up my glutes. Everything is so saggy right now. Have a great day everyone! Love, Jacinda

1. I have to pick up CT scans from 2 different places for a neurology appt. in the morning. Had a bad car accident on 1/12 and having headaches, vertigo, loss of balance and lots of pain. After that, I'd like to finish laundry (it is sloooooow when you can't bend and have to use a grabber!!) I have Chiropractor at 5:30pm and then prepare dinner for my son (hubby works at his shop M,W,Sat). 2. I'd like to change my resistence to submission in both my married life and in my Christian life. I have a hard time with trust and allowing others to take care of me (mom had mental illness,dad was alcoholic...years of therapy and I still struggle). 3. My goal weight at 6'1 is 180 and as of today I have 63 more pounds to loose. 4. I'm not at goal yet. 5. I do not exercise that much. I have advanced neuropathy that causes muscle spasms, cramping and involuntary contraction that makes movement difficult and painful at times. I try to walk as much as I can, park at the far end of the lot, take stairs, etc...
