One Month From Today!!!!!

I am so excited, nervous, and scared! This is probably normal, but I feel like I am second guessing myself. Is this what I should really be doing? Even though I have tried to lose weight on my own 100,000,000 times could I ever really do this on my own? The list of questions in my head are ongoing. Please just pray for me. I know that this is going to be the best thing for me, a lifestyle change, but is this the right one? Thanks for listening to me ramble. Jolie

Jolie, Everyone doubts and second guesses themselves about this surgery. You're right, it is a LIFEstyle change. It's not called that because this is a fad diet that you will do for a month and quit. This is something that will change your life forever. For me I had to come to the realization that I was not going to give food the upper hand in my life anymore. That's really what it boils down to right? Of course we all fear that something will happen during the operation, but deep down it is the lifestyle change we fear. Well, don't!! This is the best decision you have ever made. Yes, the road can be bumpy at times but you will make it past the bumps on to smooth sailing success. You will feel like a new, younger, stronger, more energetic person. You will gain self esteem you never dreamed possible. Don't concern yourself with the foods you won't have anymore, you won't even miss them. Actually they will become repulsive to you in time. The best thing for you is that you are a child of God. You would have never gotten this far in your journey if it was not God's will for your life. He will protect you through every step. God bless, Dawn
