Saturday w/Randall Culpepper

I spent Saturday afternoon with Randall and his family. They are really doing quite well. We talked, laughed, and cried. I also cuddled with the kids a little as we sat and remembered Joie. Randall showed me a picture and words of praise that her work gave them. Allison showed me a collage that a friend put together for them. Allison showed off a couple of pieces of jewelry that belonged to her mama and that Randall has given to her now. She also showed me the dress and shoes she is going to wear in a beauty pagent in a couple of weeks. Torey and I sat and talked a good bit. Torey and Allison are great kids. Joie and Randall have raised them well. They are loving and very well mannered. I know Randall is very proud of them. I also met Randall's mother. I had talked to her on the phone a couple of times. She loves Randall and the kids with all her heart and I know she is now and will continue to be a great help for him. She is also doing it out of her love for Joie. She will be moving to Luverne to be closer to them. She may even live with them. All in all they are a great family with an even greater faith in God. It is their closeness and their faith that has gotten them through so far and will continue to get them through the rough times yet to come. It is also the support from OH that is helping them. Randall said, "Our OH family is awesome!" I agree with him. You have all been wonderful. Thanks for all the love and support you have shown this wonderful family. Please keep praying for them.
