Hi Kathy! It is so good to hear from you! I have been following your journey and I am thanking God for how He has worked in your life. Your poor husband with the animal allergies - I hope he is doing better! You will get stronger and feel better each day and you will start to be amazed in just a short time with the changes in your life. I hope your throat is feeling better. Have you been able to walk much? I love your soup idea! Well, I am off to my family birthday party and it was so good seeing so many on the board today! I love you my dear sister and praying that your recovery will go quickly and that you will cherish each changing moment - they are gifts from God! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8

Hi Lynda!!! Did you get my message?? I really miss you and was glad I at least got to hear your beautiful voice on your machine!!! It really helped, believe me well now the QOTD... my most embarrassing moment was when I was leaving Sams Club severaly years ago, I was buying a box of diapers for my Godson and they were a size large, and the man at the door asked when I was due....I told him I am not pregnant and that I was buying them for my Godson who was with me at the time. My favorite birthday had to be the one that my husband proposed to me on, I was 26, that was November of 1999 and we married on the 13th of April of 2000. my favorite foods right now are NONE...I don't want to eat, but I guess if I have to choose one I would say sugar free yogurt and sugarfree popcicles. Other than that I am just eating to exist. I can't wait till I can join Letty in Texas to have some really good mexican food, and then I am going to teach her how to make some tamales!!! So Letty if you are reading this, then make sure and save some room for me there girl!!! Well that is all for now!!! I love you so much Lynda, you are my true inspiration!! Steph

Hello STeph!!! I finally got my internet service installed at home and showed my boyfriend this website. I had told him about you and how you can make tamales and we was surprised. He did say I need to get with you and learn how to make them tamales for this coming Christmas!!!! We went into your profile and showed him the picture of your husband and his first deer. He loves the outdoors (camping, hunting, etc) and his dream is to live in a peaceful and quiet city like his brother who lives in North Carolina and is married to an Indian American woman. We even talked about moving to NC when we get married!! I'm so excited!!! I love you Steph! Letty

My Dear Steph - Hi! I just now listened to my messages - I'm bad about checking the phone and I heard your sweet voice. You sound so good for just being out of surgery not too long ago - you sound chipper and upbeat! I will be giving you a call tomorrow. You have constantly been in my prayers and thoughts. I know you don't feel like eating too much right now but I promise that will change. Please make sure you are taking your supplements and drinking your water. When you hit the 6 six mark you might notice some changes - it can go either way - that is when the stricture can happen or you may be able to eat better. I am praying for better eating! It is so amazing how I have experienced almost every one of the embarrassing moments that have been listed. Thank you Lord, for the gift of this surgery. I am going to go have a tamale now for lunch but I would love to have your recipe!! You have a heart of gold and I thank the Lord for your cheerfulness and friendliness - you are a neat sister in the Lord and I thank God for you! I love you very much!! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8

First of all....Happy Birthday. Hope your day has been as special as you are. 1. I have always been sensitive about my weight so I don't think there is one situation that is outstanding. 2. My favorite birthday is always the one that is coming up.....that means God has given me another year and more opportunities for service. (February 6....not too far away..) 3. My favorite foods consist of: (1) FF cottage cheese, SF jello, mandarin oranges...which is usually my lunch. (2) steamed lobster....which is usually to $$$ for my budget, but I still indulge occasionally. (3) more realistic to my budget is Wendy's chili with cheese and salsa. Mmmmm! I had it tonight. Hope everyone has a restful sleep and wakes refreshed tomorrow.....anticipating all the wonderful things that God is preparing for their Wednesday. luvitsunnyv
