oo frozen coffee sounds kinda yummy, ive had frozen OJ and tastes like a slushy, lol. CONGRATS on hitting one-derland and for sleeping on your regular bed and sorry... i think i have called you "miss p" once or twice i'll try not to do it again

Hi Lynda and all! Wow Lynda you are doing so great! I am losing slower but just as thrilled with my loss. This morning I am sitting on 201!! almost down into the 1's yeah!!! 1. Not sure, I think the thing that hurt the most lately is when the doctor that I work closely with asked me to come to his office and on first entering he gave me a very thorough once over look and I felt I could read his mind "she is getting bigger every minute". I felt like a slug... That was in Oct and I am down 50 pounds from then and over 40 from my surgery date. 2. My birthdays have always been a bit low key because its right after Christmas. They have all been nice. 3. right now I eat a one egg omlet almost every evening for supper. Usually have some cheese and salsa on it. Have a great day all!
