SURGERY DATE!!

Hi y'all. It's been a long time since i was here, posting or reading. I thought I had better come in and visit before I was long forgotten. (Don't worry if you have forgotten because I probably did too. haha) Anyway, I am so happy to report that my wls date is March 15. The date seems so far away but I know it's all in God's timing. It took me more that 5 years to even get someone to consider wls for me. When we moved to MD I met my PCM for the first time and he offered to refer me to have the surgery. I never even got a chance to ask him!! I'd say that is God's timing. This has so far been a smooth road, since the initial consult. I am doing my best to do as the Dr's have asked, exercise, eat right, exercise...you all probably know the drill. I haven't lost any weight but that' probably because during the holidays I didn't even try. I am hoping to begin getting to know y'all over again. I have missed being here. I have started a new job and was busy with that training and getting adjusted to a new schedule (I was a stay at home mom for almost two years with my own hours, hard to adjust). I like my job and am thankful that the Lord provided me with it. He is just so good. Anyway, I'll be checking in more often so I'll be chatting with you again soon. In Christ, Robin S.
