Update on Dawn!

Hi Everyone! Dawn's surgeon told Nick (her husband) that everything went really well in surgery. She got in really late but everything is fine. The only pain that she is really experiencing is the tube going down her throat. Nick said she is very medicated right now and opens her eyes now and then and has spoken to the nurse. He said she looks really good though. So Praise God everything is fine. I will talk to her in the morning and update again. Please keep praying for Dawn and her recovery! I am very excited for her and now she is on the loser's bench - yeah!! I love all of you and thank you for your prayers on behalf of Dawn! God Bless, Lynda Phil. 4:8

Lynda, Hi there!!! I miss and love you!!! Thanks so much for letting us know about our sis, I am so glad all went well and I have been saving a spot right next to me for her to join us on the losers bench!!!! When you talk to her and Nick again please let them know I too send my love and hugs and kisses to them!! I am also sending my prayers to you that you can get through this!! I know what it ifeels like to pass those darn stones!! The last time I passed any was probably about 5 and half years ago when I was pregnant with my first daughter, and I swear I passed a small rock quarry of them...lol but God got me through and he will bring you through too, I have asked him to myself ( I have a personal line to him you know) so be sure that relief will come soon!! Lynda, I am feeling really good!!! I have been a little sore on the left side but that was to be expected. Food has been going down and staying down real good so that makes me happy. I have lost almost 10 lbs so far and that is totally mind boggling!! I can't remember losing that much in a long time and knowing it is not coming back to stay You have been in my prayers a lot lately too, as has everyone else that I have come to call my family here!! My mom and dad asked me to thank you all that called and prayed and everything for me, they were very touched by all the support that I have from you all, and my family is really just blown away at how generous you all have been with yourselves!! I love you Lynda, just know I am doing well, and you continue to be in my prayers!! Take care of you so you can help take care of us the way you do!!! In His Love!! Steph

Praise the Lord!! Lynda, thank you so much for keeping us up to date on our sister Dawn. I was thinking about her all night. I didn't get a chance to get online last night to check our her status but what a great way to start the day, with news like this. Please let her and Nick know that we are praying for them and their family right now and that she is missed here on the board already. I forgot, is it ok to call her at the hospital?
