Hello All Really hoping that I am not the only one who has had this experience. Not that I want anyone else to feel this way but I hope if anyone out there has had these issues and over came them they will share the secret of thier victory. Had a great day yesterday stayed within my calorie, fat, carb, and protien guidlines...until about 9pm last night. Then I had four low fat graham crackers and a three tbls of peanut butter and a banna. Here is the worst part I was still craving more. I was not sick full or did I dump. Really no comparison to my old binges...but if you do the math of my snack last night ohhh baby that was alot. I have expolred my state of mind at the time... the only factors I can question are I was fighting my 7year old to go to bed for the 13th night in a row...fyi she has been grounded from her friends for 12 of those days for bedtime issues...and I am just about to start my ummm you know, monthly cycle... I will add for those of you who are just getting to know me I had RYN proximal and can eat most anything and never feel full. I am going to a nut on Monday with my fitday in hand and start my behavior modifacation therapy AGAIN on Tuesday It is amazing that I have lost 70lbs ( giving God all the Glory for that) and I know my long term sucess depends on working out these issues. Keep me in your prayers. Vicky

It is impossible for me to binge on lots of food at one time...I still cannot eat more than 6 ozs. at a time.....however, I am susceptible to "grazing" and I have to watch this. It's all about practicing self-control which is not unlike our commitment to Christ-like living. When I have a day when it seems like I have "grazed" I literally ask for forgiveness, pray for strength to regain control of my eating and start again.... We are all weak in our own strength.... You are in my prayers... luvitsunnyv

Vicky... When I saw what your binge was... I just had to laugh! Remember what your binges used to be before WLS? I have had a few binges since WLS and none even compare to what they were before surgery. I have gained 8 pounds in the last couple of weeks and have absolutely no idea why. I have not changed anything nor is it my time of the month. I guess I really just need to ask the Lord to help me get it back off. I think your body must have needed what you ate last night. They say you should feed your cravings. Of course within reason. Just do what you need to do and I don't think your "binge" last night will hurt you. YSIC, Suzzette
