Hello Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has been in my shoes? I went into the hospital yesterday to have my surgery and made it all the way into the OR, but the surgery was cancelled because the patient before me was having a hard time and needed anesthesia to be on stand by. My surgeon apologized a million times, but I wasn't upset at all. I have been rescheduled for Jan. 18th. The problem is I have suddenly become frightened. I have had many people tell me "Maybe that is God telling you not to have the surgery". I am staying in prayer because I am so confused. Please keep me in prayer and any advice will be appreciated. Blessings, Kim

Hi Kimmy. This is a confusing point. I would to perfer to say that the Lord didn't want you to have the surgery "yesterday". Kimmy, if He lead you to this point and you have doubts, go back to praying about it again. Sometimes God clearly shows us the way. The Lord speaks to us all differently. Pray and pray and let the Holy Spirit guide you. blessings, Glenn

Kim you definantly have my prayers. I can see were the confusion can come in this cirr****tance. I would say (although I'm not an expert) that you were removed for that day for only God knows why reasons. I pray that doubt and confusing leave you and God's peace and reassurance fill you heart and mind. His will be done. Amber

Hi Kim, I believe you should just pray and follow the Holy Spirit to what you need to do. Dont listen to others that tell you "that might be God telling you not to have it done." I think like Glenn said, God probably just didnt want you to have it done yesterday for some reason, but if its his will he will be there for you, just keep praying for strength and wisdom and you will know. Im praying for you to have peace.* hugs * Regina
