S~Orange
L~Had a Smart One frozen food (Roast beef with gravy and mashed potatoes)

Drinking lots of water and took all my vitamins!
I love you all and praying for all of you,

Hi Letty!
Sounds yummy! I can't eat meat yet but the doctor told me yesterday not to worry about it for awhile because I am getting my protein in otherwise. What is neat about seeing your menu is that it helps me to understand where I will be as far as eating goes in about a year or so. Does the citrus fruit bother your pouch?
I think it is great that you are doing this! I love you!
God Bless,
Lynda

Hello Lynda!
An orange won't bother me, what bothers me is orange "juice". Weird right? It makes me feel nauseas and yucky. Feel free to ask me anytime about the foods I eat. I'm not an expert I'm just a little further out (I know there's members here a little further out than I am) than some of us here but for some strange reason I feel like a new post op.
God Bless you!
Letty

I'm almost ashamed of my diet today.....it's been a rather "crazy" day....
but sometimes you have those "bad' days.....
Breakfast: cafe con leche w/ splenda - two 12 oz. cups
Lunch: 1 T. crunchy peanut butter w/cracker
Dinner: beans, salsa, cheese and 4 chips
I had a good visit with the cardiologist today. BP was 112/78 and she said my heart is in great shape. She did a preop consult on my December 2003. That is the only time we met. She was amazed at the weight loss and how "normal and thin" I looked.
I've been terribly busy on the computer with my nursing classes. My first test must be taken Sunday before midnight. It's different......
