WOW!!!!

OMGoodness!!!! I went to weigh myself next door (new doctors office next to our office)and I weigh 180.4!!!! I'm so excited I could scream!! I did take off my black blazer and my high heel shoes shoes hoping to see a difference on that scale. I'm sooooo READY for the 170's!!! Last year I was using my sisters Bally's membership last year for a few months and of course paid her the monthly fee for it because she stopped going when her hsuband apst away in August. I had to give it back to her a little over a month ago because she was feeling better and was ready to start exercising. Guess what?? My sister is giving me a free 6 month member ship with Bally's that was given to her by Bally's for paying off her annual fee in full. After the six months she said I will be paying 16 dollars per month. PTL for that!!! I was using her membership last year because I didn't want to be on a 3 year contract. I think i might change my dinner menu. I'm making spagetti at home tonight but I might stick to a homemade salad or fruit. The scale is finally moving "again" and I really can't mess this one up. I'm sorry if i went on and on. I'm so excited I had to share this with you guys! I love you all, Letty weight 180.4 lbs start weight 335 lbs Total loss 154.5 (I need to loose 1 more pound and I'll be in my 170's!!!)

Hello Lynda!! I had been putting off the gym because I didn't want to get stuck with a contract (for $30+ dollars per month) and I can not afford to pay over $60 dollars for month to month (no contract). I'M PTL for this free membership with no contract after the 6 month and all i will have to pay is $16.50 from there after!!!!! I love you, Letty

That is just awesome news Letty. I am going to the Dr's office with my wife tomorrow and I will see what I weigh. My wife is trying to have surgery and tomorrow we take everything to the Dr's office so they can submit it to the Ins Company. I pray that it will go as smooth as mine went. Again, way to go. Ken
